Só Gluten Free Bakery is a proudly run, artisan bakery dedicated entirely to producing premium gluten-free cakes, pastries, desserts, and cookies. As a fully gluten-free facility, we understand the importance of creating delicious, high-quality baked goods that are safe and satisfying for those following a gluten-free diet.
Só Gluten Free Bakery is co-owned by David Hampson and John Coffey. David is a third generation baker with over 40 years experience in the craft. Growing up surrounded by the aroma of freshly baked bread and the rhythm of early-morning bakery life, David developed a lifelong passion for traditional baking. John has had success in a number of businesses to date and has decades of experience in the food and beverage industry. With John's eye for style and presentation and David's baking prowess, they combine a deep respect for time honoured methods of baking with a dedication to quality, creativity and innovation in the gluten-free space.
We are proud of our longstanding relationship with the Coeliac Society of Ireland, and we remain committed to supporting the gluten-free community through both our products and our practices.
